Graham was a founding Partner, Director and Shareholder in Sea Span Corp having joined in 1992 as part of the offshore heavy lift and ocean towing division. Graham is currently Managing Director and Director of Seaspan where he plays a key role in the overall strategic management services provided to Seaspan. He graduated in 1992 with a degree in business, major in transportation and logistics and minor in accounting, from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, Canada. |

He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Lasco Shipping Co., and prior to that General Counsel for the Schnitzer Group of Companies, which then included Schnitzer Steel, Schnitzer Investment Corp., Lasco Shipping and several other companies. Mr. Pardini began his career with Stoel Rivers LLP, a major US law firm. |

|  | Charles L. Fabrikant Appointed a Director of the Company in 2008. Charles is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at SEACOR SMIT Inc. (SEACOR) since December 1989. He has also served as its President since 1989. For over five years, Mr. Fabrikant has served as the President of Fabrikant International Corporation (FIC). Prior to its acquisition by SEACOR in December 2000, Mr. Fabrikant served for over five years as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of SCF Corporation (SCF). Mr. Fabrikant is a Director at Globe Wireless and a member of Advisory Board at GTI Group LLC. He has been a Director at Global Technology Industries Inc. since March 2006. Mr. Fabrikant has been a Director at SEACOR and several of its subsidiaries since December 1989. He has been a Director at Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc. since January 26, 2004 and is a Member of its Audit Committee. Mr. Fabrikant served as the Chairman and Director at Chiles Offshore Inc. since August 1997 and was a Member of its Executive and Compensation Committees. He is a Counselor to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, of which he is a member of the Center's Steering Commission guiding its Committee for Enterprise Solutions to Environmental Problems. Mr. Fabrikant is a licensed Attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the District of Columbia. |
