MC Shipping Inc. was established in 1989 and quoted on the American Stock Exchange (MCX) until September 2007 when the Company was acquired by an Investment Fund managed by Irving Place Capital. The Company owns and operates a substantial fleet of commercial ships, investing, owning and operating in the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) sector.
